Neverland Playground – Service Agreement for Private Hire

This Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for private venue hire at Neverland Playground St Lukes. By signing this document, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Booking and Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure the booking.
  • The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Hirer. The Hirer may request to reschedule the event date.
  • Full payment is required no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
  • The deposit will be refunded after the event provided no damage has been caused to the premises or equipment.
  • Any additional charges incurred on the day of the event (e.g. for extended time, damages, or extra cleaning costs) will be deducted from the bond where applicable.
    • If the bond does not fully cover the charges, the outstanding balance must be paid on-site before departure.

Hire Conditions

  • The private hire includes exclusive use of the play area for the agreed time slot; the hirer can set up decorations on site prior 30 Mins before the event starts.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
    • Socks are compulsory for both adults and children inside the playground area. NO FOOD & DRINKS in the play area.
  • Self-catered Food and non-alcoholic beverages may be brought into the venue.
  • All rubbish must be disposed of in the bins provided.

Liability and Conduct

  • All attendees must comply with Neverland Playground’s safety and conduct rules.
  • The Hirer is responsible for all personal belongings. Neverland Playground is not liable for any lost, misplaced, or left-behind items.
  • The Hirer is liable for any damage caused by attendees during the event.
  • Aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Neverland Playground reserves the right to end the hire early if safety or conduct rules are breached.

Cancellation Policy

  • The $300 deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellation for any reason.

By signing below, the Hirer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement.

Neverland Playground – Service Agreement for Party Room Hire

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for party room hire at Neverland Playground. By booking a party room, the Hirer agrees to the following terms:

Deposit and Cancellations

  • A $50 deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  • The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Hirer.
  • However, the Hirer may request to reschedule the party to another available date, subject to confirmation by Neverland Playground.

Guest Policy

  • A fee of $39 or $42 per additional child applies depending on the package chosen.
  • The Hirer may bring their own food into the party room only. Outside food is not permitted in the café area, including cakes.

Room Access and Decorations

  • The party room is available for 1.5 hours during the booked party session.
  • An additional 30 minutes of setup time is permitted before the party starts for decorating.
  • Neverland Playground provides standard party room decorations. If the Hirer wishes to apply a personal party theme, this must be arranged and executed independently.

Additional charges may apply if:

  • An extended hour is requested: $269
  • There is visible damage to the room or furniture.
  • Cake, food, or decorations are left on the floor or walls.
  • Please ensure all personal belongings are removed at the end of the session.

Playground Rules

  • All guests must comply with Neverland Playground rules and safety guidelines.
  • Socks are compulsory for all guests (adults and children) in the playground area.
  • Staff reserves the right to ask individuals to leave the premises if they do not follow the rules.
